Scroll Text issue in Portal in Netweaver 7.3

Hi SAP experts,

I am new to SAP portal,i am on a SAP NW 7.3 Portal.We recently integrated CRM with our portal,now the client wants scrolling screen(scrolling text) for all the employees on portal screen for displaying the some text like wishes or notes or  Greetings.I don't no how create the scrolling text on portal.

In general in HTML we use Marquee Tag for scrolling text if i am wrong please correct me .How can apply the scroll text behavior to portal server.

Please guide me.
