Project-level reporting requirements

Hi,

Please help me in implementing Project Summarization for Project-level reporting requirements.

Hi Puja,

Go to t code OPSA (i.e. Project profile) and ensure that in Control tab checkbox for option

" Proj.summ.MastDa" is activated.

If this indicator is set, the project particpates in summarization via master data characteristics.

If the indicator is not set, summarization is via classification

Please give me the detailed process to use the same.

Hi,

This is regarding summarization for projec level reporting.

I had recently come to know that we can summarize data as per user defined or Master data characteristics but how to do that is something which I am not clear with.

Hi Puja,

The project summarization can be even hierarchy wise reporting. When we say Master Data wise reporting option it can be our selection with respect to WBS, Network/Order or Sales Document. If my understanding is correct you may please look into S_ALR_87013531 and it has dynamic selection options which you can tryout.

Project Structure Overview reporting you have different transactions and for financial reporting summarization there are different reports. I dont think single report in PS can not give total summarization of the project.
