I am configuring the auto-creation of Delivery order when a STO was created.
The DO was able to be generated.
However, it does not check if the supplying site has enough stock to deliver.
Before the new setting, manual conversion of STO >> DO in VL10B, the item will not be created due to insufficient stock in DC.
But in the new setting, this is not check.
where can I configure the checking of stock in DC for auto delivery order from STO?
Thanks
It looks your findings are correct per OSS Note 1245447 - Avail. check for deliveries that are created automatically . Why the availability check can be completed in STO itself?

It looks per the SAP documentation at http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/43/543835bc0f357ee10000000a11466f/content.htm , availability check can't carried out when the STO is created from the replenishment run.
So alternative step could be checking the copy control settings at t.code VTLA. Here select the document types (I assume sales document type DL is assigned to replenishment delivery type), check the routine assigned to the field order requirements. Copy this routine and create a new routine in t.code VOFM, to check the item in STO has committed quantity more than 0. Then assign this new routine in VTLA again. Create new documents and check again.

Hi,
SAP metioned that this is the standard for auto-generation of STO >> DO.
Can someone tell me if I had to enhance, where should I do it?
Thanks
