hi, you can put expiration dates on creating the document type for transaction CV01N without use of the list tecnica and change control?

Hello Marcos,

if I understood your requirement, you want to define a document as deprecated in a specific date.

As far as I know , a document has no "shelf life". One possibility is create a class/characteristic "valid until" and define a date.

In the CV04N you will search the documents using this information.

We have the same requirement to put expiration date for my DMS files. Untill I didn't crate any class/characteristic valves. Please guide me.
