How to get system to re-compute the Planned Delivery date

Hi,

The replensihment STO was created with the planned delivery date.

However, many times, User did not convert the STO to Delivery order on the same day.

This had resulted in many Delivery order created after the planned delivery date.

The delivery date was still the old date.

If there a way to get the system to re-compute the delivery date based on the planned delivery date as setup and maintained in article master .

Does this mean, the delivery should have been created on the same day? If so, then why don't a background job be scheduled for this to create the delivery on the same day?

Ideally yes. The qty had to be reviewed and then converted to DO.

Many times, it is done at a later date for some reason.

if it is a background job, User will not be able to review the RP qty.

Not the best option.

Any other alternatives?

Hi,

I do not see any programm available for the same, one thing you can do is make some changes in STO on the line item.
