VAR Scenario - solman 7.0 & 7.1

Hi,

I would like to implement VAR scenario. My customer's solman in 7.0 and mine (VAR) is 7.1 sp4.

1. What transaction type should the CUSTOMER use in solman  7.0 in order to open an incident?
2. When the customer will forward the incident to me (VAR), what transaction type willq should be created in my 7.1 solman? ZMIV?

Hi,

1) They need to continue use SIVA in 7.01 since SMIV is not available for them anyways.

2) Yes, ZMIV or SMIV
