SAP IDES EHP4 installation error at database patch

Dear sir,

                I m installing SAP IDES ECC 6 ehp4 on windows 2003 32 bit. it gives me error at database patch check steps.Please find attached log.

What is the database release? It should be at least 10.2.0.2
