Dear Experts,
I am facing some problem in rescheduling of project, when schedule first time the scheduling (Forward Scheduling) happened correctly, but if i change duration and relation in activity and rescheduling again, then Network, Activity, and last level (4th level) WBS rescheduled as per changes, but other level WBS & Project Definition not scheduled as per changes.
And, if changing start date of project and rescheduling (Forward Scheduling) again then Network, activity and 4th level WBS rescheduled again, but In 1st to 3rd level WBS start date will remain same as previous and end date of WBS increased with changed project date (Excluding 4th level WBS).
Only activitys and last level WBS has been changed as per amendment.
We are using 4 Level WBS Hierarchical Structure and only 4th level WBS have activities, and Network assigned to 1st level WBS.
I am a frisher in PS Module, Please share your knowledge and experience with me.
