Upgrade from 4.6c to ECC6

Hi Basis,

We are upgrading our system from 4.6C(SOLARIS/SPARC and ORACLE 9.2 64-BIT) to ECC6.Can you please let me know the upgrade documnts we need to use for upgrade.

--> Select E
  --> SAP ERP
    --> SAP ERP 6.0 ( for ECC 6.0)
      --> Upgrade
