How to Make Incompletion Log for Specific Data Values

How can we make the incompletion log to work only for a given Sales area and order reason combination in a sales order.

I understand that same can be achieved using the development help ( using the values as validation condition for the User Exit). but I am interested in knowing can this be done using some config ?

Hi Sachin,

                The Incompletion check is done for

• Sales document header data
• Sales document item data
• Sales document schedule line data

There is no configuration options for the set of combinations like (Sales area - order reason). So this can not be done through the config.

Hi Sachin

Incompletion checks only for the existence of the data and does not do any validation. Hence this is not possible in SAP without any development.
