payload:MT_Employee,1,Employee,1,Details,1,Name,1 any please tell me the reason for 1 in between the elements.

I can't see the payload you have attached bit please refer to the SAP Guide here:

Refer to this bit in particluar:

Under Recordset Structure, enter the sequence and the number of substructures as follows: <NameA,nA,NameB,nB,...>.

Therefore, nA=1,2,3,... or * (for a variable, unlimited number, including 0).

i.e. how many times does the structure occur in th e source file...

Here you have one Order Header (1) with multiple Order Line Items (*). Alternatively you can just do a search on File Content Conversion.

I understand that you are fairly new to the community but please take some time to research the subject before posting a question. Community members are more willing to help when they see that a person has attempted to understand something on their own first.

Also choosing the right forum is important for a quicker response. In this case, the Process Integration (PI) & SOA Middleware would have been a better choice.
