Hi SAP Gurus ,

I would like to know the building blocks for Capital projects for Australia and Singapore region

I am aware of the path for building blocks  http://help.sap.com/bp_bblibrary/470/BBlibrary_start.htm

Question : I can see various Building Blocks , some of them for PS . But which one are used for Capital projects business process

1) J12 - Project System

2) PS Generic Setting (SP) (214)

3) Period-End Closing Projects (207)

Question :Which is the building block for Investment management ?

I can only see (Q06: Investment Management in PM) , is there anything similar for Investment Managment in PS which would be required for Capital projects.

Any inputs will be appriciated.

Thanks

Frazer

Hi Shrikant,

Thanks for the helpful information . I have found two Building blocks

1) J10-Asset Management  http://help.sap.com/bp_bblibrary/470/html/J10_AssetMan_EN_SG.htm

2) 162 -Asset Accounting  http://help.sap.com/saap/sap_bp/BBLibrary/HTML/162_ERP606_EN_AU.htm

Not sure which one will be more close in fullfilling my requrirement of Investment Management .

Hi Frazer,

162 looks quite comprehensive. I would suggest you go thru both in detail and implement only those functions which are required by business.
