Event multiplier and Event Additive Value 1/2 in RFx Suppliers tab

Hi Experts,

In Sourcing 7.0 I find three fields 'event multiplier', 'event additive value 1' and 'event additive value 2' in the 'invited suppliers' table of RFx Supplier tab.

Help does not describe these fields.

Could anyone help me understand the purpose of these fields - also share any document related to these?
