Confirm button on Web UI (key user interface) not active

Hello,

I have faced with problem in new CRM Web UI interface for end user (business role SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO_CREA) Confirm button is disabled (not active).

Customizing (like for old workcenter functionality) for this button performing in tables AGS_WORK_CUSTOM and ICT_CUSTOM system ignores.

Who knows how to manage this button in SAP SM 7.1 SP5?
