Is there configuration to remove obsolete documents from material master current version view?

We would like to not display the obsolete documents that show in the material master, additional data, document data tab, linked documents, current version list.

We would like them to show if all versions is selected.

Is there configuration that will accomplish this?

Hi Lloyd,

generally there is no such 'filter' function in the standard and there is a defined logic which linked documents are displayed in the "Current Version" view. This information can be found under http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/x/BoIQB

If you want to hide linked documents based on its status you can use the BADI DOCUMENT_OBJ or DOCUMENT_OBJ1. Especially the DOCUMENT_OBJ1 is called from object side and should help to define which documents should be visible.
