Scenario:

LX26 CC invntory documents created (not yet activated due to open transfer orders and therefore cannot be printed)

How does the warehouse user know via RF-transaction LM60 which storage bins have been selected in the physical inventory document?

We want that several warehouse users can enter the count for a CC physical inventory document in parallel via dynamic CC. Such that the physical inventory document will not be assigned to one specific user (LM58).

You need to access through RF transaction LS06 transaction to see blocked bins.If you create PID document then the bins blocked automatically.

You are refering to the wrong topic!

Since Dynamic Cycle Counting is used the Physical Inventory Document is not yet activated and therefore no storage bin is blocked.
