Travel form showing blank page for one user

Hi,

  In portal when i click on the display/print button in travel expenses,it's opening new window with blank page for one only user .

i checked in r3 (pr05) it giving correct pdf form for that user.

I had a customer that reported that problem previously and it was caused by some incorrect user specific personalisation in the web dynpro that meant the pdf form was showing as blank.

I wrote a wiki page regarding this but you might want to see if a personalisation clean-up for the user helps:

What did you rule out until now? Please provide more information.

Did you give SAP_ALL to rule out permission-issues?

Did you debug/trace anything?
