Unabale to refersh Webi reports in iPad using universe built on SSO Autenthication in Connection.

Hi,

We have created 2 universes on BEx queries using connections with SSO authentication. On these two universes we have created WEBi reports which are working fine in the BI launch pad.

We have created 2 WEBi reports for the ipad which are causing a problem when we are trying to refresh from the ipad. The problem seems to be SSO authentication on universe since the error we are getting is "Database error: Unable to Connect to SAP BW Server Incomplete Logon data..(IES 10901)"

We have checked ST22 in BW server and it shows the same dump with User ID ""(Blank). We feel the credentials are not being passed from the ipad to the BW server through the universe that has SSO authentication. Need to fix this at the earliest since a go-live is impending.

Hi Nilesh,

I am facing the same error while refreshing a report in Ipad with SAP BusinessObjects 4.0 . How did you manage to resolve issue?
