Generate separate smartform for each customer

Hi I am new to Smart forms.

I am  working on a requirement like, I have some condition types like Eligible Customers and Commodity material details. Suppose in Eligible Customers we have 7 customers. Now I need to generate a separate smart form for each eligible customer and its commodity price details.

Here one customer to another customers details may changed, so we need to generate separate smart form for each customer.

If any one have done this before, please guide me..

Dear,

I think you want to display customer detail i separate page for every customer k.

then please make loop in SF and put command next page after footer.
