we release network activity, it create PR for material 300 USD, so does the commitment for that activity increases 300 USD?
if we further create PO based on that PR, commitment will be no change since PR already increases 300 USD?
during full GR, does the commitment reduce 300 USD and IR no commitment change? thanks
The answer to all your queries would basically be a YES..Refer below,
PR creates commitment (In your case of 300 USD)
When you create a PO with reference to this PR the commitment is shown as PO commitment.
When you do a GR the commitment gets nullified and is shown as actual cost.
Doing an IR wont have any effect on commitment.
Hope its crystal clear now.

Hi,
Component assigned under NTA->Network Released->PR Created-> Commitment Generated
PR-> PO Conversion => PR commitment converts into PO commitment which can be viewed in CJI5 report.
PO (Released)-> GRN => PO commitment converts into Actuals which can be viewed in CJI3 report.
Hope it helps.

Hi Robin,
please post your query clearly.
After GR, Commitment changes to Actual and can be seen under actual field.
In IR no commitment changes occur.
In case of increase in amount in PO, commitment increases.

Hi,
Whenever a component released from Project NWA, it will show up as commitment. As you said it will show as commitment value increased. You can see the values in report CJI5
When converted to PO, commitment values will go off since PR converted to PO. Now you can see change in values from commitment to PO and use the same report.
Reduction of commitment values can be seen when each PR converted to PO. Check report CJI5.
Hope this makes sense.
