SAP Oracle DB Migration to AIX from Windows 2008 Server

Hi ,

I want to migration SAP Oracle 11G from Windows 2008 Server to AIX 6.1 Oracle 11G for ECC 6 ABAP on NW 7.02 , I guess I need to use sapinst to export the database  from Windows environment  and import to AIX with sapinst. Just wondering anyone has all the detail steps, SAP notes and manual to follow, it will be appreciated if it is shared.

Hi Al Mamun,

It requires OS/DB migration. This can be performed by a certified OS/DB migration consultant. You can find the further details, below;

Please follow the instructions detailed in  https://websmp101.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000393112010E.pdf. You need to perform heterogeneous system copy.
