Hi All,
Can we set our own personalized message in tolerance limit? For eg: I had set the tolerance limit for 80% as warning. I need my own personalized message to be populated when the budget exceeds 80% as " More than 80% of budget was utilized" instead of standard warning message .
Is it possible to enter our own description for the warning? Please suggest your valuable inputs.
Thank you,
Seshagiri
Hi Seshagiri,
Yes ! it is possible.
I can give you a brief idea of it as follows:
Run T-code: SE91
Message Class: BP
Message Number: 603
Click on Display
Here, you will get the message number related to budget exceeded as 603,604,605, 606 etc.
Here,You may modify them as per your own convenience or you can create a new one.
NOTE: Please involve your ABAPer before making any changes. Also ask him to check SAP Notes 42305 & 73606. May be these notes have some relevancy for the above changes.
Hope it make sense.
Regards
Ankur
