write-up for moving material from QI to Unrestricted usage

Guys, the inspection plan for a material is active which makes the material come directly into QI stock.Can I have a detailed write up on the transactions involved into bringing it into UNRESTRICTED USE stock.Thanks

Hi Navin,

Please check QM view for Material master, if it is activated Inspection type then system will generate the QM Lot...And then you post qty by posting QI to Unrestircted stock by Transaction QA12 / QA32 wrt inepction Lot with differenet UD code...

Navin ,First of all its not because of Inspection plan ,material comes in QI ,its because if QMview >>Inspection set>>activating Inspection type.

Its either though QA11 or QA32 material can be posted to Unrestricted.

Its only one step activity & need not to have a detail document I guess.
