PM Annual Budget entery

Hi,Friends

how to enter annual Budget of PLant Maintenance,like Preventive Maintenance,regular maint and Capital works without any approvals that to be section wise(like Mech,Elect,Inst)

right now my client is entering in XL sheet,same how to enter in SAP is there any provision.

Hi Kumar,

               If you want to follow the Standard SAP then you have to go for Investment Management, else there isnt more options left(as per my knowledge),

else you have to go for a lot of Developments, and that will also create many issues in future.

that is not the robust Solution, it will create a lot of problem at the time of year Ending.

we have done the same and not able to control the issues.

Why dont you use the budgeted orders. Maintain the budget for a particular FY in CO by Controlling Consultant. Budget profile needs to be maintained in order type customizing. Once the budget is exceeded system will generate a PO-UP for exceeded budget.You can use any order type for this.

Only for Capital work which is an investment, go with the investment Orders(PM07)...
