Retro Billing Issue

Dear SD Guru,

I am getting the below error message while doing VFRB:

Error in new price determination: No retroactive billing possible.

I have already maintained the ZPRR condition for retrobilling in VK11.

Please help to relolve the error.

    Paste a screen shot of your pricing procedure configured for Retro billing. Have you created a order reason

Check whether any of the below OSS notes applies to your scenario;

Note 1304348 - Retroactive billing: Pricing for text items and Note 892391 - VFRB: Document with pricing error available for selection
