Problem in Log in Integration builder in Xi

We are trying to log in to integration builder for XI thro XISUPER. Note that it has all required Roles maintained . We are able to login into SLD but not in Integration repository IR. Error coming is invalid user id or password incorrect.

Can I know possible reason.

Hi Prabhu,

Can you please check the roles of the user using the transaction SU01.make sure you have the roles aassinged to the user.

sap_xi_*

sap_bc_ai_*

sap_sld_*

Hi Ramnath,

just for check - try again log into IR, give username XISUPER.....before giving password - check if capslock is on......if capslock is on, then make capslock off... then give the password for XISUPER....may be then you can log into IR by XISUPER........

again a check - this time give username XISUPER as xisuper - in small letters, then see what happens.

or just try restarting the server

maybe the password is changed for that login....reset and try to login again

No password is same throut for all. It is working fine for SLD but not working for IR- Integration repository. Also memory is enough 2GB to start all services .

not ID SLD - System land scap directory.

also check for

1.firewall setting,

2. port is ready

3. redeploy XITOOLS
