Not able to post QI stock to unresticted stock by QA32

Issue:--

User has selected 6 serial numbers for posting against 5 quantity to unrestricted use i.e. all serial numbers gets posted and one quantity

without serial number is remaining.

Now when we try to post the rest 1 qty to unrestricted , system does  not select any serial number, even we had changed the status of serial number according to quality stock.

Note:-

1) We had tried to work with a dummy serial number profile also but still system ask for serial number.(in repetative manufacturing)

2) We can not reverse the posting becasue rest of stock is sold.

please quide us how we can post this stock.
