Receiver File adapter error

Hi Friends

I have a receiver file adapter using content conversion .In this I have a field whose length I have declared as 17 characters

Now the field has a value  like this  (        0.05-) - spaces before 0 total length 17 . I want as it is to be written to target .

But After file content conversion the file written at target side has field like this ( 0.05      -) with " -" sign at 17th position and spaces between .

I am not sure why this is not being properly written at target , Please help int his regard

Hi Ninad,

What file encoding you are using? Try to change file encoding and see the result. Generally this type of error we get from file encoding
