Client is not getting Connected to uPerform Server

Hi,

I have installed SAP PAK 4.4 on our system. We have installed the DB (SQL Server 2008 R2), Application Server (Ancile uPerform 4.4), Search Server (Common Apache Solr) on the same server (Windows 2008 R2).

Installation of uPerform Application Server has been done and configured. Vignette Services and other services are running. I can login to the server https://<ServerName>/ via Admin user id and password.

I have installed the Client. When I am connecting to the server.

https://<ServerName>

User Id  : Admin

Password : Admin Password

Check :- Trust Invalid SSL Certificates

But it throws the error, user name and password incorrect.

I have checked few forums which says to disable Dynamic Compression in IIS 7, but in my system the checkbox is already disabled and it says it is not installed in my system.

When I am giving Ip as https://<ServerName>:80 for IIS it throws the below error.

You donot have access to any of the resources of the server.

Please Help.. Thanks in Advance.

Hi Santanu,

Like in other post, I suggest to have a look at the following logs

##Servererrors.xml log in Collaboration\www\uPerformWS\log\

##CollabConsole.txt from \\Collaboration\logs

Also, maybe there was an error during installation. You should have a look at installation logs.

1.  [install directory]\Collaboration\Collaboration-Installer.log
2.  C:\Program Files\Common
Files\RWD\uPerform_Server\{E6616F0B-7F8B-49EF-9D66-AA39E2CC7580}\uperfor
m_server_4.1x.0.x.log

NOTE:  The [GUID Number] and the log version number may be different
depending on the current version of SPP installed.

Best Regards,

Matthew
