IS-OIL Active Attachment toolbar in O4F2 transaction

Hi to all.

I need to active Attachment Toolbar in O4F1/O4F2 transaction.

I saw the SWO1 transaction (GOS), the system asks me the program but does not accept the standard report.
I think that I have to insert the call in the PBO of the standard program (SAPMOIGS).
I never developed this type of object, I don't know where i have to start.

Someone can help me?
