Hi all,
I get this error on disp patcher log file,
ERROR => 13.09.2012 07:33:07.116 PID=4136, TID=4524 SapTimer error. Time may be incorrect on your system. Windows time jumped approx -1 seconds. Slept 1000 millisec, Qpc elapsed: +1000 millisec, WindowsUtc elapsed -395 millisec. SapTime-WindowsUtcTime=+1165 millisec. QpcTime-WindowsUtcTime=+1165 millisec (*). [dpxxdisp.c 21061]
Any idea, for anderstanding this.

Please read the following Note 1466511 - Missing Statistic Data in ST03 about SapTimer in SAP. For more investigation on this error try to set profile parameter saptimer/flags=3 or environment variable SAPTIMER_FLAGS=3 as described in note.

Never met the error before, but you can compare the time when error occurred to time when the server update its time from NTP server to narrow down the problem.
