V_V2 Issue

HI All,

When sales order quantity is more than  the stock quantity i am unable to confirm the quantities through V_V2 transaction,is ther any other settings to be followed to use V_V2.I checked out the delivery priority also........

Hi All,

My issue is solved in spro settings SPRO->Sales & Distribution ->Basic Functions->Availability Check/TOR->Availability Check with ATP Logic->Define Default Settings.I assigned for the Availability Check Rule option as C.

Hi,

You should set avail.check rule "E" in transaction OVZJ.  See note 33084.

This customizing will allow partial confirmation in rescheduling.

Hi Sunil

If you want to confirm a particular Sales order. Also, you have said that Sales Order Qty is more than the Qty in stock.

Then you need to increase the stock Qty and click Check Item Availability in VA02 for that particular item so that system will do the availability check again. Incase, if there is no stock, system cannot able to allocate the availabilty to this line item.

In V_V2, you can Reshdule the stock only if enough stock is available.
