Hi,
what is your current version of solution manager 7.1?
check the ST version under System -> status-> components.
It is always recommended to go the latest version which is available as of now SP06.
refer the upgrade guides under http://service.sap.com/instguides -> sap components -> solution manager 71 -> upgrade
Thanks,
Jansi

Hello Vreddy,
Please expand the system ID on MMC console and check which process is in yellow state.
Right click on that yellow process and check developers trance. You can find the error.
I guess disp+work process is in yellow state. If i am correct please paste dev_disp log here.
Regards,
Surojit

Hello Vreddy,
I am not able to see any error in this log. Can you please try to restart the system by stopping and starting services again including DB.
May be a restart can solve this problem.
If restart dosen't help you can go through below mentioned SAP Note
SAP Note Number: 1346857 for disp+work in yellow.
Regards,
Surojit
Hello Vreddy,
You need to upgrade JAVA SP's till whatever is mentioned in SOLMAN stack.
Login to your java portal and check the current release of those packages(components info link)
You can download the java support pack packages from SAP Service Marketplace. Those are *.SCA files.
After downloading all the JAVA packages from SMP, put those packaages in trans directory of the system(EPS\in). And apply those packages by using JSPM tool.

Surojit
