BW Reporting in SM 7.1 anyone?

Dear,

I can't find any documentation regarding setup of ITSM BW Reporting.

The link always result in:

No SID found for value 'SMIN' of characteristic 0SPRTTYPE

Invalid filter on 0SPRTTYPE: Filter changed

Then nothing happened.

It's funny because I don't use SMIN in my transaction type.

Table /BI0/MSPRTTYPE only contain my Z* transaction type.

Anybody succeed in this?

Hi Lori to use interactive reporting - standart reports you will need SAP Portal installed.

SAP ITSM Analytics on SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SPS5 but don`t resolve described issue. I propose to look for the filter & conditions statements:

 

On page 40 is described how to define new conditions.
