ECL Viewer 7 missing PDF tab in Loader preferences

Hello

I use SAP Gui release 7.20 PL 8 and also i've installed ECL Viewer 7 PL 6.

When i try to print PDF file attached to DIR in CV04N quality of image is very low

In addition when i try use loader preferences to modify setting for file type PDF the relative tab PDF is missing 

These problems does not arise with these releases:

SAP Gui release 7.20 PL 8 and ECL Viewer 6 PL 5

Can you help me please?

Hi,

I've checked this behavior and was able to see the same with my own ECL Viewer installation. I've reported this already to my SAP development colleagues who will discuss this with the ECL Viewer vendor Siemens PLM. I'm quite sure that there will be an improvement in the next possible patch.
