this is srinivas,

its a very urgent to me,plzzzzzz any one try to solve the problem ,

I want to block the sales order for a particular customer , where i can do it and how i can do it . In general we block all the customers but here i want a particular customer.

HI srinivas,

We can put sales order block using XD05 or VD05. we can put sales order block for perticular sales area or all sales areas. We can put sales order block at order level or delivery level or billing level.

I think using Transaction Block Customer-> XD05 or VD05 is suffice for this.

Hi Srinivas,

You do one thing , you have to maintain Exclusion for that particular reqmnt.

In the listing/exclusion, you maintain exclusion with the combination of Customer, Sales document.

After that in the condition record give the pariculer customer number and the sales doc type: OR,

then automatically the particular Sales order will be blocked for that customer.

Hi,

U can make this possible the other way round.

Create an order specially for the customer with ZOR or YOR.

Assign the same to the required customers sales area.

If u want to block the sales order for that customer, you can place X in the vov8 screen against the order type ZOR or YOR in Block field.
