how to paste the screen shot to a Discussion

I am not able to pste the Screen shot to a Discussion.Could you pls let me know what is the process for this ?

HI Dear,

Please follow the below steps:

1.First take the Screen shot

2. past scree shot in paint brush

3.You have to save the screen shot in JPEG format

4. keep the file on desktop

5.click on insert image from discussion windoe which looking like camera

6. click on browser

7. select the file

8. clik on insert button

9.now the screen is available to send other from the discussing window

Please try Insert Image option (Camera button).
