SAP PGP Deryption error at client side

Hi Frnds,

I am using SAP PGP Module configuration for Encrypting file, i am using sign & encrypt method where we are sign with our private key and there public key, when i triggerd the file it is successfully encrypting and processed.

But the client not able to decrypt the file, showing decryption error.

could you please any help to resolve the issue.

Think you have to post this in the Process Integration forum.. Do you have all modules configured correctly?

Can you paste the erorr that you get?

Hi Mark,

we have done this for different banks,

     one of the bank is getting the below error

          Error decrypting file

          '/usr/nn/gateway/....................'.

          - PGP return code = 32

          File processing summary:

               Decryption error

and another bank getting.

failed decryption because it is not signed

we have done all the configuration with encrypt and sign correctly..

could you please help me that is there any problem in our side or client side.

Can you post exactly what error is show and any logs that get generated on client side?
