Clarification Regarding FOLIO NUMBER

Dear all,

i have searched in google before posting this i gone through all the data available in but i m not clear with what i got.

in CIN what is folio number and what is exact  functonality?

while checking in j1idepotstock1 report i am not able to analyse how it is functioing in our prod server.

Have you gone through the explanation after pressing F1 in this field ??  I think, it is self explanatory and could understand that it would be used in Depot process.  If you are not still clear, then again click on folio number which is showing in the first para so that you will get further details.
