sprox_check_ifr_response

Dear Experts,

We are getting error in sproxy when we run "sprox_check_ifr_response"  report we get error "requested repositoruy is down".

Please find the screen shot in the attachment.

Any suggestions/solution on this would be appreciated.

This issue is resolved by creating a new RFC connection.

As per the knowledge base article 1759641 - SPROXY error: 'No connection to ESR' is the KB article to connect an ECC system to a PI system which runs on 7.1 or 7.3

As per this, the RFC SAP_PROXY_ESR has replaced the RFC LCRSAPRFC.

make RFC connection:

Type G : HTTP Connection to External Serv

Name : SAP_PROXY_ESR

target host : put your enterprise repository host here.

path prefix:: /rep

add information inb logon & security tab accordingly

you still have the error?

have you checked ESR state? check this RFC SAP_PROXY_ESR.
