Vendor certificate and its assignment use to identify the vendor quality parameters and its related certification start and expiry dates. Once u assigned the vendor certifcate and its information then quality will put the control of vendor related transaction like PO creation and posting, GRN posting etc. system restrict if vendor certification expired then system automatically restrict the vendor during PO/GRN transactions.
This will use under Quality Control objects in Quality Management Module.
