Header Condition on freight and Insurance

Hello Gurus,

I have scenario for export process. I have 2 conditions 1 for Freight and the other for insurance .

In this scenario..

In header for freight I maintain value 100 $ for total of 35 kg.

It gets distributed proportionately as below which is working fine .

Line Item 1      Material A     10 KG    28.57 $

Line Item 2      Material B     15 KG   42.86 $

Line Item 3      Material C     10 KG   28.57 $

Now i made a despatch of 80.6 kg for eg, for this sales order accordinly will be billed

freight condition value changed to 230.86 as per calculation

which gets distributed as

Line Item 1      Material A     32.2 KG    92 $

Line Item 2      Material B     30 KG   85.72 $

Line Item 3      Material C     18.6 KG   53.4 $

Now my client requires that whatever frieght and insurace value he has maintained in sales order,it should not change in invoice irrespective

of whatever quantity is deliverd.Kindly provide solution for the same.

First of all, I am not sure why your client is having such a requirement.  Moreover, for insurance, the business have to pay the premium based on shipment value only (that is billed) and not on the sale order and the premium would be some fixed percent.  Coming to freight, you have to add this logic in some routine which should then be assigned in your pricing procedure under Alternative Calculation Type tab.
