Pressing Enter Does not work in Instant Messaging

Dear Experts,

I have enabled Collaboration Service in my Portal. Instant Messaging is working fine except for "Pressing Enter" does not work. If I press Enter it takes me to the next line in the text area where we write the message. I have to forcefully click on the "send" button to send my message.

Is there any setting that i need to do to get "Pressing Enter" enabled in instant messaging, however according to the below link its a default functionality in instant messaging:

Kindly guide me to get the proper functionality.

SAP replied that this functionality is not available anymore.
