Wrong output for sales bom item in SO

Dear Guru's,

We had an issue in the BOM sub components output in Shipping notification

When we entering the Header component we will get the sub components automatically in S.O

Here the issue is when the sub components trigger auotmatically these sub components not getting the Gross weight/net weight/volume in the sale order, If we enter the sub components as a normal material in S.O we will get the Gross wt /Net Wt and Volume.

Because of this Weights the Shipping notification will trigger out put

EX: there are 6 materials in the S.O out of which 1is hader component and 4 are sub componetns and other is normal material

For the 4 Sub componetns net weight and gross weight and volume are not trigerred so 4 sub components are getting triggerred in the Sh.notification only two line items are trigerred i.e., 10 and 60 (20,30,40 and 50 are missing in the Sh.notification output )

Hi Mohan,

Basing on the above description, it looks like your problem is with the weight.

1. Check why weight is not coming in the sub items.

2. If that is not possible, please check with the developer and ask him to read the weight from the main item for all the sub items.

Thank you for your promopt reply, Any way our issue is resolved with the Help of Abaper

But in the current issue the net weight is not coming into the sales order for sub components, we checked in the Material madter ther it was maintianed but why the net weight is not getting into the Sales order for specailly sub components ..? But if we enter sun components as the main materials in s.o manually it is getting the weight into the sales order, but at the time of BOM explsosion we are not getting the net weight in Sales order.
