Hello,
If someone could help us with this question would be appreciated.
In final stages of a CLM upgrade to v 7.0.
A user request is how to have the browsers back button behave. Its an irritation.
If browser back button is used (intentionally or by mistake) during a sourcing\clm session, the webpage presented is a "Webpage has Expired".
Can this behavior be controlled or modified through some property or configuration in Sourcing 7.0?
e.g not to happen?, Send to some other page?
Application back button works properly.
Also fyi...
We have SSO enabled in this environment.
Have a proper logout property in Directory Conf "ext_logout_page" set per our consultants recommendation. It works nicely.
Any suggestions? or Help appreciated.
Thank you
Rick
Hi Rick,
Unfortunately I do not have a response to your question, but a Trick that could help you if you were in something important and you press back or the return button on your keyboard by mistake...
You can press the button "Forward" and then "F5" to actualize the page and you are back where you were working.
It's not the solution but at least a workaround...
I hope someone else can give a proper answer.
Regards
Pierre-Alain
