Hi
We have recently archived data in one of our SAP Production server but the size of database is still same any idea how to de-fragment or reorganize data files so that we can use the free space for some other purpose.
We running SAP ECC (6.0) on Windows using Oracle 10g
If your DB is big and you want to re-distribute the datafiles, export/import whole database for complete reorganization is also another option

Hi Muhammad,
You need to reorganize the tablespaces in order to reclaim space to the storage. Check the 646681 - Reorganizing tables with BRSPACE
