Duplicate JMS Error

Hi,

We are on SAP PI 7.11 and are having an issue with JMS adapters giving out about Duplicates.

I have done some searching and people say to remove the entry from the table: XI_AF_SVC_ID_MAP

How do we gain access to delete entries from this table? I can see entries in the table using the NWA.

Secondly, can someone tell me if there is a SAP Note which resolves this issue?

Check with basis team, they can remove that entry from table.
