Print Preview of Inspection Instruction

Hi All,

How to get print preview of Inspection Instruction? I need to see the output of print for a change made in print output.

in Inspection type customization un-check "print immediately" then click on II in QA02.

Hi Neel,

I think for inspection instruction setup, it will print directly after you save the transaction... so you will not be able to see print preview. But other option is:

- you print inspection instruction as normal (Do not set "Print Immidiately" in CQ85)

- ask ABAP team to develop/use some FM and get function that you can see print preview of spool generated.

- Once you're okay with print preview, you can either print or delete the spool

Check & revert.
