Meal Per Diem Calculation

Dear Expert,

        I have problem with meal per diem calculation. is there any way to make meal per diem calculation per day as a whole?

current condition :  Additional destination --> first line is date 01.06.2012         time 07:30 to Hongkong

                                                                 second line is date 01.06.2012    time 07:31 also to Hongkong

Result in Simulation per diem calculation will appear as

                            01.06.2012   time 07:30 - 07:31   Hongkong     USD 100

                            01.06.2012   time 07.31 - 24:00   Hongkong     USD 100  --> total 200 USD

As you all can see there are double rate for same date. I want the calculation just only 100 USD not 200 USD.

Is there anyone can help me here? Thanks in advance.

Hi David

I would suggest to always use additional destination tab when there is change in Per diem, Rest information can be captured in Destination etc..

OR maintain Per diem with hours basis (i.e 0-4:00,4:01-8:00,8:01-12:00,12:01,24:00)

Agreeing with Muhammad. Additional Destinations, i.e.ZIEL/PTK05 would be cleanest. Otherwise using V_706V_C would be the alternative, whereas although this is described as "per day", per diem will only be issued when it's a full 24h day; so it's actually a "fake-scaling" of 24h rather than a day.

This means, your case 7:30 - 24:00 Honkong wouldn't receive anything since it's not full 24h, when scaled "per day". I'm unsure what your requirements here are.
