Complete reference check box in copy control

Dear sd gurus

       in copy control Complete reference  check box field is there always it is grey mode i mean not editable. could i know in which business scenario we can use this check box

Hi lavanya,

just goto VTAA and Click F1 help you will get it ,

However if you see in govt sector they order as per the quotation so that there is no changes in the order quantity you can not do any changes in the sales order if you marked as complete reference
